[MUT] missing content - Twitch drops

For the twitch drops this weekend for watching streamers. I have all of them on my inventory in Twitch from watching. however its not connecting to xbox. I click the connect link, opens a new tab, says "You have successfully authenticated your EA account. Account linking details have been transmitted to Twitch and you may now close this window."

How do i solve this?

I know the account is linked, because i was able to claim my September pack for prime.

if you are missing content (e.g. Twitch drops) my first guess: did you have a look at your item binder? sometimes rewards and content go directly there without notice (sorting by 'newest' might be helpful).

my second guess: did you try to complete a Solo Challenge afterwards? sometimes completing one more game triggers missing rewards and content.

if both approaches do not work, you might have to contact EA Help (see contact details below). they should be able to solve this issue for you since they can track your account.

please note that it might take some time till rewards from external sources will appear in-game. Sometimes, the information might not go through different systems immediately. Therefore, before you invest your time to contact EA Help, please be patient for a few hours (or a day). In many (but not all) cases missing drops will hopefully appear for you.

I haven't been able to get twitch drops for years. There's just something on EA's end that isn't working. It's not my fault, I've talked to EA help multiple times, done every single thing I was asked to do. No dice.
So this year we're getting 4 drops a day? Awesome, I can't get them.
The process for getting drops appears to be fairly straight forward, you just link your account and show up. However, there's either a problem with my account (which is controlled by EA) or a problem with the API (which is also owned by EA) or a problem with Twitch (which is a 4th party that I have no control over). Regardless of why it's happening, I don't get drops.
I'm sure I'm not the only person that has a problem like this.
My feeling is that you should just provide drops to people like me using an alternative method where I link my account to something that is 100% controlled by EA. Maybe EA (a multi-billion dollar company) should just start their own platform for social media and let all those other companies (Twitch, Facebook, Instagram, TickTok) link to them!
I don't really care what the solution is, I just think it should involve A) me getting my damn drops, and B) me not having to do anything else since I've done enough over the last few years already.

Somehow I was able to link to Prime Gaming with no problem. Those drops came in just fine.
But the twitch stream drops (even though it says I'm linked)....🤔🤨

I was able to to claim my prime gaming pack but no twitch drops 🤷🏾... Watched 4 hrs of streaming claimed the pack after every hour and no packs... Mut 22

i linked my account to twitch but it’s not saying that i’m linked and it’s not popping anything up to unlink it

After years of not getting drops on Twitch, I'm now finally able to get them. I'm not sure what changed. But I know I didn't do anything new on my side.
Just wanted to follow-up and say this issue is now resolved (at least for me).

I contacted support no good dude told me prime gaming is working, I knew that, its the twitch drops. That was after an hour.

I still get nadda I can even claim it on twitch but it just sits there.
