Summarize your bug Despite registering again for MUT Loyalty rewards this year, opened packs in Madden MUT 22 do not register on the pack count on https://www.easports.com/madden-nfl/mut-rewards/status. The pack count remains at zero. Please resolve immediately as players are missing out on rewards because the link between MUT and the loyalty rewards site is obviously broken
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Open a pack in MUT 22 and see if it updates the respective pack count at https://www.easports.com/madden-nfl/mut-rewards/status
What happens when the bug occurs? Open a pack, get nothing for it.
What do you expect to see? Every time a pack is opened in MUT 22, the pack count should increase by one at https://www.easports.com/madden-nfl/mut-rewards/status
