MUT Rewards - Showing "0 Packs opened"

When I log onto MUTRewards.com, it still shows 0 packs opened. Please look into this issue and let me know when it might be fixed.

i just found out about mutrewards last night. in the last 24 hours after I signed up it hasn't counted any of the packs ive opened. I want to know first off is there a way to get credit for all of the packs ive already opened? and since ive already called 3 support lines and none of them can help me with anything how do I get my pack opening in madden 16 to count at mutrewards.com?

Hey Folks,

Long story short, I am trying to check the number of packs I have opened on the mut rewards site and I keep getting an error message. Even when I try to go to the bottom, input the answer to my security question, etc, etc. 

When I log onto my wife's account, her pack total shows up immediately. I was on with chat support and was sent a password reset e-mail and I was told to clear my cache. Still no luck. I've tried this on different browsers as well. I would like to be able to get the free pack I am entitled too but it seems like it's just not going to happen. If anybody can help, that would be greatly appreciated!!!

Has this been resolved? I've opened many packs and it says 0 packs opened for me as well. Any information on this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

If you have not already, please post your platform (PS3,360,X1 or PS4) and your country. So far it seems like the players seeing this issue are PS3 users outside of the US.
