[MUT] Solo Battles - not allowed to play all 13 games

I’m having this same problem

i was on track to be in the top 50 maybe too 25 and it didn’t let me play the last game.

Going from top 50 to legend i lose 130,500 coin and 4 touchdown packs.

this need to get resolved. I spent time trying to get top 100 and to get that blown on the LAST GAME!?!? This is not good

i went to some EA live chat support and they sent me here.

1.I don’t think they knew what they were talking about cause they said I couldn’t play the last game cause the event ended even though there is still more than 24 hours left. 

2. I asked “ can’t you see how many solo battles I played”? They said “…38” when this is only the 2nd week. And there would only be a total of 26 to play so far

we need some major make rights or something!

This topic had a 49 page long thread last year and nothing was done. Here we are on a new version of your game, yet this problem continues to plague this mode. I'm not going to be like others and apologize for my anger. You've deserved every bit of it as you have wasted over 50 hours of my time between this copy/pasted game and last years. This week it took my final two games away from me. I have yet to have a fair chance to complete 13 whole games in a week for Madden 22.

Why in the world would I continue to waste my time on your product? Your "community managers" don't even respond. I'm sick of the dumpster fire you keep shoving down my throat. I'm sick of having a bitter taste in my mouth whenever I hear anything about Madden. You have taken a game I used to thoroughly enjoy and turned it into a bug infested mess that has soured me completely. Fix your product for once. It's been going on for a year now! I'll anxiously await a response from these community managers. I expect to hear back in October. That seems to be the going rate around here.

I was consistently in the top 5 of solo battles on PS4 and PS5 last year. I'm tired of wasting my time on this game. And I'm tired of informing you guys about a problem that is still in the game after a year of information was compiled for you. We are not your guinea pigs. Test the game out before you release it. I paid a hefty price for my time to be stolen from me again. Insanity at its finest.

I expect this will get fixed once the PS6 comes out. This is ridiculous. The game has been out for 3 weeks and I'm already done with it. No idea how they keep getting away with putting out a product that continues to steal from its customers. I have wasted 50+ hours on this game mode with nothing to show for it.

I'm also sick and tired of the crickets from EA. Respond to the issue at hand!

I decided to switch back to PS4 to see if this still happens. I have attached my first score for the week with this post. The final score for this battle was 26,296. That puts me on a pace for 341,848. Now, when we look at last week's scores you will notice that would slide me into 2nd place for the week for PS4. A mere 240 points behind the number 1 spot actually. That is also not with the bonus team played, so I clearly have a shot at number 1 rewards when I get to play the full 13 games without them disappearing on me magically. Do you see how this is frustrating when I consistently score in the top 10?

The first week the games ended for me after I played the first solo battle on PS5. I didn't want to send myself to anger management by continuing to play your flawed mode, so that resulted in 5,500 coins and a pack full of silvers. Last week, you decided to take away my last two games, which left me with somewhere near 50k coins and some golds. I would have stopped at legend rewards last week because I was fed up, but the first week I should have been in the top 5 for PS5. That is somewhere in the neighborhood of 200k coins I do not have due to a problem I've told you about since last October.

I fully expect this batch of solo battles to disappear before Team Affinity 4 comes out for The Show. Once that happens, this dumpster fire of a game will be automatically deleted as I sift through actual game content from a company that doesn't continue to disappoint me.

I played one solo battle. I got my score then it booted me out of solo battles when I get back in to the solo battle menu all the challenges are gone. I see some folks have all 5 games completed but mine are missing. Are solo battles down currently or is it just me?

Why are solo battles games cutting off

@djmung are Solo Battles still gone for you? If yes, did you play Solo Battles last week? and if yes, how many?

I've faced a similar issue in Madden 21 last year when I played my first Solo Battle game but skipped all other games of the week because my first one was assessed as DNF. In the following week, I was not allowed to play more than my first Solo Battle game.

I'm not exactly sure but maybe it helps to delete the cache. Some players (incl. myself) observed that doing that reduced the risk of facing issues with Solo Battles.

@EA_Kent I'll try to tone this one down but there is only so much nonsense that I can take.

This is exactly what I mean when I mention the cookie-cutter responses that come from you guys. I've heard this same exact message for close to a year now and then other people in the thread litter you with applause. I have seen this scenario play out too many times to get my hopes up.

Reply with useful information so we don't continue to waste our time on your product. These sorts of messages do nothing but irritate me more when I have supplied you with the same report for months now. I have even given you evidence. All that seems to lead to is false hope. I'm not falling for it this time. Get a grip and have your developers fix a mode that has been broken for a year.

Now to the helpful part. The start of the week for solo battles always shows a team called "Ultimate Bro" as the featured team. You have to back out before seeing the full list of games. This has been seen ever since this issue has been going on. Since last October! Start there.
