I've tried everything posted by @EA_Blueberry as well. Nothing is working. Most players do not have another visual kit, coach, etc. as you mentioned, because we just started playing the game. EA needs to send out updates on what is being done and stop leaving us in the dark. Then provide some type of compensation for ALL the headaches for not being able to play the game fully.

Thank you @nati2417p and everyone else that tried, I'm sorry that didn't work.
The team is actively investigating this error popping up for those that can't play game modes within MUT and for those impacted by the Gridiron Forge Solos.
Once we find out more info to share we'll post it here and on the Gridiron Forge Solos post.
We can't thank you enough for your patience on this.

@EA_Blueberry Are there any updates? This is now going on 6 days without being able to play the game at any capacity By this time in normal retail services, I would have returned the product for a refund.
