Are you able to send me the results of a UO Trace in a private message so we can see how your connection is reaching our servers? It will show average ping time, packet loss, and ping variance. Thanks for getting back and sorry for the delayed response.

Is there anyone with any information to fix this? I had brief contact with EA and now im getting no response for support. This problem is still happening and its clearly a problem EA wont acknowledge at this point.

Wow, Awesome. I waited 2 hours for a phone call to have EA tell me to restart my playstation. A ... Shame. I suppose this is what they call an Ea Approved Solution boys.

Have you tried running a UO Trace before via the link I posted above? It highlights the path you take to our servers, average ping time, ping variance, and packet loss. It's possible there are some outside factors completely out of your control that your ISP will need to be made aware of. You're more than welcome to post the results here for us to take a quick look at them, but keep in mind your IP will show at the top so we recommend blocking that out if you post it publicly.
