Summarize your bug I have a selection wheel that pops up while I'm playing the game. this is a random occurrence that I have no idea when it will happen but when it does happen it takes me out of the play and freezes the player I am on. so while I'm covering someone running across the field the pop-up wheel May pop up cause me to stop and allow that player to keep running. this happens randomly and seemingly in the most important moments in the game. Also you know besides that ridiculous bug, I choose defense in squads and I am randomly switched to the quarterback which now I know is mostly in shotgun but still that is nuts for a product that is supposed to be finished.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? maybe you should play the game before you send it out and charge $100 for it when it's not even close to being finished?
What happens when the bug occurs? my player freezes I have to make a selection and it happens randomly during gameplay so I cannot control my players or even play the game that I'm supposed to be over the play which I paid money for. And have not seen a refund
What do you expect to see? I expect a full refund of the game until you fix it. and even then I should be given a discount as well as anybody else who paid the early price because you never delivered what we paid. there's a contract when we pay you money and you did not live up to that part of the contract. You owe us money EA and also our time back, can you give us our time back?
