Summarize your bug In co-op mode the QB gets taken over by the player who is either the defensive captain or head coach on some plays when the rules say that the offensive captain is supposed to always be qb
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What happens when the bug occurs? It's causing losses in games that normally we'd have no problems completing
