MUT Verification Captcha will not load and I can not play MUT (PC)

This is one of the steps EA had me go through. Did not fix it for me.

I ran into this problem last night, and I was able to get things working again by removing the "Madden NFL 21" directory from C:\Users\<Your User Name>\AppData\Local\Temp.

You can just do that instead of creating a new user, which would have the same effect.  If the AppData directory doesn't appear for you, follow the instructions in another comment to make it visible.

Edit:  I now see this is the same suggestion made by @SensusJack , although navigated a different way.  Hopefully others find this helpful.

@Linsanity1212  I think so.  I use the companion app on a tablet just fine.  There might be an interaction between the two in terms of when you need to respond to the captcha.  Once in awhile my install on the PC gets wedged on the captcha, but I'm able to delete the Madden temp directory each time and then it goes back to working.

jesus jumpin jimminy christ, if its not one thing with you guys its another.. since the latest update every time i do anything in ut i get some bs popup asking me to turn birds in a certain direction 5x in an hr of playing challenges until eventually it errors out and i have to hard crash the game. take the time to fix your broken game please or refund my money immediately. at every turn of playing this game the greed of ea becomes more and more obvious. first while building my ut i have issues with wins counting as losses randomly when playing draft solos to try to prevent me from grinding hail marry packs. now after 600 hrs of playing i build my team to a 95 overall but i never connect with any opponent thats not a 99 overall. i mean you guys are just being blatantly aggressive in your attempts to try to get people to buy packs in order to compete. try making it balanced and joining players together with similar overalls and stop being so unbelievably greedy. now with this update yesterday or the day before or whatever it was i get this stupid verification nonsense 5x in an hr before i havta hard reset every session. like what are you clowns even up too at this point? your attempts to force people with your various tactics to purchase packs in order to compete or even play a game that they've already purchased are criminal. i am utterly digusted with your greed and cut throat abandonment to your oath of fair and smooth gameplay. fix your boken game and stop being so greedy. you already charge more then anything is worth and you make insane profit off the backs of players who just want to compete in a fair and balanced mannor. this behavior is only possiable because you hold the license to the nfl logos and no other devs can take your trash attempts at an nfl experience and make it into something good. money can't buy everything guys. it certainly did not buy me or change my loathing for ea. im embarrassed for you since none of your devs have the sense to be.
