[MUT] X-Factor Icon not showing on user team

Product: Madden NFL 22
Platform:Xbox Series X

Which mode has this happened in? Ultimate Team
Which part of the mode? Solo Challenges
Summarize your bug When playing ultimate team, my x-factor and superstar players do not have an icon under them (the x-factor or superstar icon). Icons show up when in exhibition and superstar KO but not in MUT. Have not tried franchise mode to see if bug occurs there as well. It has been this way in every game I’ve played since launch. (In picture jack youngblood should have x-factor icon under him)
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play madden ultimate team on Xbox series x with an x-factor player
What happens when the bug occurs? X-factor and superstar icons do not show up under players when they should.
What do you expect to see? X-factor and superstar icons under user team.

Same bug occurred for me on madden 21 next gen in franchise mode. Really hope this can get figured out as the X factor and superstar abilities were a great addition to the game, but the immersion gets taken away when CPU teams have the icons and my user team does not. Thanks and have a good day.

    @DomIsBeastMode did you activate them in your lineup? while superstar abilities and x-factors are automatically active in other modes, they have to be activated in MUT. You can activate them in the Lineup-screen on the right hand side. please let us know if this approach solves the issue for you. thank you!

    Yes he is activated. And he has the small fearmonger icon next to him in gameplay and in depth chart. Just does not have the X-factor logo under him that turns red when his ability is activated.

    @DomIsBeastMode thank you for the clarification! unfortunately, you most likely will have to wait for a solution provided by the dev team.

    just one more guess (since this solved a lot of issues in Madden 21, maybe it works here too? but it is just a shot in the dark...): maybe you might try creating a new lineup, i.e. creating a second version of your current one. Sometimes, there was something corrupted stored in the background of lineups in Madden 21 causing such issues. Creating a new lineup often solved these issues. Maybe worth a shot?

    Changed my lineup and unfortunately it didn’t work. Hoping EA can fix this bug sooner then later.. last year they said they could fix it for me on 21 and it never happened. EA HELP

    My abilities and x-factors have been activated through my lineup, but will not work in game. What can I do to fix this?

    I too have the problem where it doesn’t show on my Xbox series X. I had it previously on Xbox One and it worked but since the switch it hasn’t worked. If I hold RT and pull down on the right stick during gameplay I can see that I have X Factors and Signature players on the field. But there is no indicator underneath their feet.

    I’m having the same problem my players icon doesn’t turn red.
