Summarize your bug I launch madden 22 on my xbox series s and it loads to the screen where it says press a button to continue and when i press the button 10 seconds later a message pops up that says “ We are unable to process your content, but will continue trying. Please contact ea if their persists” This issue has been happening all day and i’ve tried everything and nothing is working. I press okay when i get that message and then i’m on the main screen if madden and all that shows up is the championship series and connected franchise. There’s only 2 game modes the rest of the game modes aren’t there and i can’t enter them.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I can send you a video of it or show you what the message looks like and what the main menu looks like. There is only 2 modes that pop up no ultimate team no play now none of the other ones.
What happens when the bug occurs? It doesn’t let me enter any of the game modes i get that message and then no game modes pop up except connected franchise and the championship series.
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able the launch madden and enter every game mode and have the game modes actually pop up for me to select without getting that message about how my content is unable to be processed.
