My auctions crashes game on exit. PS4 CE-34878

I have the same issues myself I believe the ce-34878 is either an ea issue or it could be a psn issue as im seeing it happen with other games but i am also getting the issue where if i win a bid i wont get that card till hours later and if i auction off my stuff i dont get the money till hours later.  And when you auction off 20 cards and lets say none sell you cant put anymore up until it reads the cards you didnt sell are off the auction block

Step 1: Close the application, install the latest system software and game update, and restart the system.

Step 2: If a PS Camera is connected to the system, remove it and reboot the system, then go to [Settings] > [User] > [Login Settings] and turn "Enable Face Recognition" OFF.

I don't have a camera and I stated game and system software up to date in my original message.  What do we have to do to get EA to acknowledge a bug?  

This is happening to me an unreasonable amount of times. I've screenshotted every time since it happens most of the time when I'm launching into a connected franchise game and the people in my league are getting pissed because it looks like i'm starting the game over again. So I now have 58 freakin' screenshots. This game was released a week ago.... it has crashed 58 times.

Telling me to unplug my camera and "update system software" leads me to believe you know absolutely nothing about your product or its platform.

Losing faith in EA year after year. If I didn't love football so much I'd never buy another EA game again.

I'd like to add that this ONLY happens with Madden. I'm going to try to uninstall and delete all of the associated files and just cross my fingers. I've had this console since launch and I've owned just about every release title (gamefly) and it hasn't crashed once...

Make that 59 times. Reinstall didn't change anything. Has something to do with a bug during loading process - I've read it is related to custom playbooks.

I'm with you on this man. My game keeps crashing and I have to start over and over and over and it's killing my MUT.  If this was ANY OTHER SPORT, I'd say **bleep** it.  I just wish there was a fix.  

Bumping an older thread here I know, but i'm also running into this bug, have been since launch. Only happens when I back out of my current bids in the AH

I too have had this happen to me at least 50 times.  The last time (friday night) when it crashed, it also shut off and I have not been able to get the power to come back on!  Now i have to send it in t get repaired.  I don't understand how they charge 400 bucks for this system and it has all these issues not even a year later.  

IM REALLY FRUSTRATED AT THIS POINT!

I feel this is a Madden thing though rather than a PSN
