I really don't know. That's why we're going through troubleshooting here. Are both you and your cousin's accounts linked to the same EA account?

Cases can be opened by following the instructions here.No different everything I even played on my friends ps5 on my account and it desynced

Did this just recently start happening? If so, power cycling your network equipment and console may help.
To power cycle your network equipment, unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes and plug them in.
To power cycle your console, hold down the power button until it turns off. Then, turn it back on again and try playing.
I always play offer EA games on my account no issues at all
