My game keeps desyncing on ultimate team

I really don't know. That's why we're going through troubleshooting here. Are both you and your cousin's accounts linked to the same EA account?

Wired and I tried those steps and it didn’t work could it be a player or something on the game itself like a ability 

No different everything I even played on my friends ps5 on my account and it desynced

I always play offer EA games on my account no issues at all

Did this just recently start happening? If so, power cycling your network equipment and console may help.

To power cycle your network equipment, unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes and plug them in.

To power cycle your console, hold down the power button until it turns off. Then, turn it back on again and try playing.

My game is desyncing in every game on ultimate team since the Genki Force update
