Summarize your bug most times when i que into a house rules, head to head, or solo battles, during the loading screen into the game my madden freezes and crashes sending me to the xbox home screen. i have restarted my xbox and even uninstalled and reinstalled madden and it keeps doing it. any reason why?
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? i just want to be able to play with my ultimate team
What happens when the bug occurs? it kicks me off madden when i try to play a head to head or solo battle in ultimate team
What do you expect to see? i expect to be able to play ultimate team on the game i payed for

If you experience this again, try visiting your roster and change it up to best team OVR with the lineup tool. Tab over to Team Visuals and swap out all the items in there. Do not use Color Rush jerseys, I see this error pop up when those are used. This error appears to happen due to a combination of items in a lineup.
It also helps to go to House Rules from the H2H tile within MUT, rather than from the Missions tab. The team is aware of this and we apologize for any confusion.
