NEGATIVE -FUNDS IN FRANCHISE MODE

Product: Madden NFL 21
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
Which console generation do you have? Microsoft Xbox One
What is your gamertag/PSN ID? Maximas Magneto
Date/time issue occurred 03/25/2021
What type of issue do you have? Gameplay
Which mode has this happened in? Face of the Franchise - QB1
Summarize your bug -funds in franchise mode no matter what u do how much you’d save or trade, or edit your players contracts. Errors by owners saying if u don't get- funds under control you will get terminated end of season however it's impossible when u are -200 million & get get in positive no.s no matter what u do. I have talked to 5 representatives did all troubleshooting reinstalled gm nothing works.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Rep said it was a communication error w Your EA servers. & there's an issue on your end.
What happens when the bug occurs? Refer to my previous par.
What do you expect to see? Quick fix, we paid good money for 1000% of the gm to work 1000% not 10%

I spent the later part of Friday trying to fix this situation & your representatives hung up the phone every time on me.  Cus there were no resolutions.

    @MaximasMagnetothis bug happens in face of the franchise? did you convert it to a classic franchise before this issue occured? which team/roster do you play?

    unfortunately, I only see a black screen when opening your screenshot. ☹️

    Hey buddy, yeah 1st of all I want to say thank u for trying to assist me & yes it is in classisc franchise mode I do understand what you're saying about not being constructive,  I think that's what you are referring to.  However when we put x-amount of dollars into these games, & then have to go through all this run around to get a gm to work properly.  Especially when the representatives themselves said it is a bug they can't fix but still released.  I'm not trying to complain, or be toxic ( which are  words  highly overused).   But how are companies going to know that the gm is underperforming wo players giving constructive feedback.  Ps I'll try & send another screen shot & I do luv playing madden 21 I just don't like a bunch of hassle during my experience.

    I'm not sure y it keeps happening, it keeps saying file to big, but it's only a jpg,  weird

    @MaximasMagneto I can open the files now (on my PC). yesterday I was working on my laptop, so I guess it was an issue of my laptop.

    the statements you mentioned above (@ being constructive) should not refer to you (or your post above), but is my general signature (of my posts). 😉 so no worries, did not want to criticize you at all. and sorry, if it was misleading!

    I think I know how frustrating it is for you facing a bug like this. I had a lot of moments of frustration in diverse games when losing hours just due to a game crash, for instance. my signature resulted from my experience while gaming (in particular when playing online) and how to deal with these emotions was something I had to learn. that's one of the reasons why I decided to use my "lessons learnt" about emotions to share them with other (maybe younger) players too.
