Never Received Team Captain

But, ya just never received my team captain and don't ever recall even being given the chance to receive it. Any help getting one would be greatly appreciated. How often does the bug occur? Alright so I contacted the adviser for a third time and once again they can't do anything about it apparently. They said I received the pack five months ago, but can't verify if I received the card or not. I probably did receive the pack, but I definitely never received the card. It's nowhere in my collection or in a set. I don't know if it can be quicksold (if it can maybe I'm at fault and accidentally sold it, but I don't think I would have done that) and I don't think I can auction it so it's only logical I didn't receive it. They say that they can't give me the card though, I just find it a little hard to believe. Like a team captain is pretty important to the game and to just not receive it kinda hurts not gonna lie. If you can provide any help that would be greatly appreciated.&nbsp;
