NFL STM Benefit-Madden 23 code for wrong console

I opted in as part of my NFL Season Ticket Member benefit for the Madden 23 code, the code release was delayed for an extensive amount of time, and just received the code 2 days ago and it is ONLY for XBOX X/S while I have an XBOX ONE, and during the promotion, there was no mention of the code being exclusive to the latest Gen console.

Reached out to my team Rep. and she said "NFL/EA Sports will not be providing us with more codes for any older consoles than the Gen5" and recommended to contact EA directly through the help pg and EA told me vice versa to contact my team rep. and also to post here.... hoping the community manager able to help/correct this issue.

    Having a similar issue.  I was provided an invalid code.  Account Manager has not been able to resolve in over a month.  Is EA addressing these issues?

    I had the same problem with my Team manager, I got a code for the X seres,  it took another 2 weeks to get another code for the XBOX ONE.  I just downloaded it on 11-5-22. and it worked. Although the Madden 23 game cant get past the loading screen but the game downloaded.  I kept bothering them about it. Keep being a pain !!
