No commentary

Commentary volume is all the way up on in game settings. I have crowd and player sounds, but no commentary at all. Any ideas how to resolve this? Xbox one.

    Fixed it. Had to switch console sound from 7.1 to stereo. FYI if anyone else has this problem

       Hi. 

      I got the exact same problem but changing my Xbox One audio setting to stereo uncompressed didn't help. Any other idea ?  Personally, I had no problem in the demo but I got a friend who had the same problem with the demo and the stereo uncompressed trick worked for him. I need help please.

      Hi, am using PS3, the no commentary problem started in FIFA 14 and it remains in FIFA 15! All other sounds are working and the volume is max, am lost don't know what else I can do, please help me

        To make it simple for people who don't know tech, basically you have some settings wrong in your audio settings so just go there and pick automatic instead of manual and it will fix your problem.

    @usmcrgrant can u please help me I have the 2k20 demo and it only plays 1v1 and there is no commentary
