No longer have access to email address on account
I haven't played in es game online in sometime. My account is linked to an email address I no longer have access to. I've tried completing a case to get it changed but have had no luck. The case says EA has updated the ticket and emailed me. I have not received an email and while I can see the email on ea help I can not respond. I completed the first step but can not tell them to find out what to do next. I tried calling and getting a call back. I have either been unable to reach someone successfully or been redirected to fill out the same form I already did. Feeling a bit upset I paid extra money to play this game early. Please advise.

I'm afraid our forum staff is unable to assist with account recovery. We need to ensure we are speaking with the actual account owner and verify the information filled out before making accounts changes, thus it must go through the correct channels to get the account properly updated.

We understand having to contact a Support team is not always ideal and not expected, but we must make sure that if the email address is not accessible by the owner we must take extra care and evaluation when making account security changes.
