Play Now Summarize your bug I downloaded Update 1.03 which was supposed to have Madden updates including alternate helmets, updated field art, gameplay enhancements, etc. While the download is listed as installed, none of the new content has shown up. EA Help had had me try cold reboots, check sync and connectivity, issues, delete Madden and reinstall it, and nothing has worked. Help, please! I'm dying to get the new content and EA Help sent me here because nothing they've tried has worked sofar. This is Madden 23 on disc for PS4. How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have no idea. I'm the only person EA Help says they've heard this from. What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing. That's the problem: I get none of the new content. 1.03 AND 1.04 downloaded and installed but nothing actually showed up in gameplay. What do you expect to see? The new content. What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing, that's the problem. No updates in content even though updates are downloaded and installed
What do you expect to see? Content updates: alternate helmets, updated field markings, options to play actual games beyond week 1, etc.

Very tired of lack of help from EA. After running a few basic troubleshooting exercises I was basically told to post here and wait. It's getting close to a month and I have no resolution nor any idea when or even if a resolution is coming.
