No Packs From House Rules Rewards

Good evening @EA_Blueberry or @EA_Kent 

I just completed the house rule event to get my 87 ovr BND All conference fantasy pack, but I never got it. Attached are the image below. As you can see I have earned the reward and if you look in to my binder it's filtered to newest and I don't have anything. Please advise.

I DIDNT GET IT FOR THIS OR THE CHALLANGES!!!!!!!!!

@EA_Barry please be advised I contacted EA Help via phone call this was the ticket number created: 120789002. Per my conversation with the operator they stated this is a known issue and that your team or Dev team is aware of the issue. They stated it's some type of syncing issue, but the item was not granted and they say to reach out to them in the next 24-hrs if the item still doesn't show up. I also just completed my solo challenges for the 87 BND conference player and I also ran into the same issue. I posted it on the original post under Ultimate team: PC Users not getting Campus Heroes 87 BND for challenges . Hopefully this can be fixed soon. Thanks.

I got 5000 points in the house rules which was more than enough to get the 2 BND 88s and with the make goods out I still haven’t gotten them
