NaEnter RAM memory size in GB NaHi tried playing a couch co-op offline franchise tonight after the scouting update. When two controllers are connected no play art shows up on either side of the ball. It works if we play against each other. But not on the same side of the ball. so we can’t play on the same team and see the play art. thank you

No play art after update. Especially in 2 player franchise mode

We also tried to change the difficulty level and game type. With no success

Same I can see play art during audible selection but not if I use L2 like normal.

Hi EA_Blueberry, yes, Couch Co-Op. I know they said they addressed it with the Dec. 2nd patch/update but still experiencing. Thanks for your help on it, crossing our fingers they fix it soon.

Sorry, one question EA_Blueberry - I saw some posts where people said it was an issue with MSAA and to switch to FXAA. Not entirely sure what that is. I assume this is for PC play correct? On the PS5 you can't switch to FXAA can you? If so, can you let me know how to do it? Also, I saw some posts that if you minimize the screen then maximize it sometimes works. Would you need to do this on every play? ie everytime you are on offence, pick a play, you would need to minimize then maximize to see the playart for each play your doing? I guess my question is, if there is a short term fix could you let me know how you do it? Not sure how to switch to FXAA or min/max on the PS5. If you could let us know how to do that (if there is a short term fix) it would be appriciated. we have been trying everything and can't get it to work at all. Thanks for your time!

That setting is for PC players. They have an additional option of changing resolution type and other visual settings. At the moment we are not aware of any workaround fixes for console.
