My Xbox sounds work. Then when getting in the game there is 0 sound. Went to game setting and says all sound is at 100.
Loading another game them going back seems to have worked. Hope I do Not have to do it every time I play though.

All games have sound, but Madden does not, I'm going to say game is at fault, not the xbox. Some update you did killed sound. Another reason 21 is last game I will ever buy in madden franchise. Well, there are more reasons than that, but no sound broke my camels back.
console is not at fault, why is it this game is the only one that doesn't have sound, obviously broken on your end.
Your game is broken, No sound, it might just effect a few of us, but it is your fault, not the console, why else would every game but yours have sound? Answer that logically and you win a prize.

Can you let me know what audio settings you have on your Xbox and what you have set for your TV?
