Not being able to link EA to Twitch

I have watched all of the MCS twitch streams and have earned the prize drops given out for Madden 24. Only problem is that I have found that my EA was connected to an old Twitch that i no longer used...

    Hi there, @thelastprophet33 

    Unfortunately, there's nothing that can be done since you can only have one Twitch account connected for the lifetime of the EA account.

Support should be able to help with this if you can verify ownership of the account. Cases can be opened here to get in touch with them.

@EA_Aljo i have for the past 7 days ive been opening tickets telling them the same thing they actually said sorry i cant help you i almost cried i did nothing wrong and its just a slap in the face this really hurts man honestly i give up i watching 6hrs. Of mcs claimed all packs and its just sitting there😢

    @DavThaGoat I bet if u ask some agents my username they will say yes lol ill give you my account u can check your self ive connected xbox,EA and twitch i did everything I can.
