Not enough skill points to purchase this bucket Madden 20

On QB1 mode I have maxed out 3 out of the 4 traits (I guess ill call them) I have 4 skill points but unable to upgrade? I have no idea if its a bug or its maxed out but my other 3 traits have locks next to them and the last one is a 96 but no lock next to it, any ideas on how to fix or is this a bug?

Is anyone else experiencing this issue and is there a fix coming?

Any resolution?  I’m having the same issue.

I’ve had this problem since last year i don’t see no way around it unless they drop a new update or change the progression system

What happens when the bug occurs? Prompts display showing "Attention: Not Enough Skill Points To Purchase This Bucket".
What do you expect to see? Scrambler bucket upgrade to 97-98-99, so I can max out every bucket.

How is changing our position going to work when we are playing the game mode where you can only be a quarterback. I've stopped playing the game completely because of this. You would think a game developer would fix a bug that has been in the game for over a year for the new release but nope.

That was definitely a mental lapse there. We've seen that issue in Franchise mode so from past reports I defaulted there. When I followed up on this previously it indicates the area you're trying to upgrade is maxed out and it's a UI issue. If you regress you should be able to add points again.

Summarize your bug I have played several seasons with my QB and have maxed out 3 out of 4 skills but now the game wont let me upgrade my QB no more, it says " Not enough Skill points to Purchase this bucket" but I have like 14 skill points to spend.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play and max out 3 out of 4 skills like ( Field General, Improviser, Strong arm) and then it should say Not enough Skill points to Purchase this bucket
What happens when the bug occurs? A box pops up saying Not enough Skill points to Purchase this bucket
What do you expect to see? A way to fix this without having to restart my whole career
