Summarize your bug I cannot increase the skill level of one player even though he has 9 skill points available.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not really sure, I'm on season 5 or 6 of franchise when this occurred.
What happens when the bug occurs? I try to increase the skills of J.J. Arcega-Whiteside and I receive a screen that says "Not enough skill points to purchase this bucket."
What do you expect to see? All my players able to have their skill increased

This is the screen I get when trying to increase skills for JJ Arcega-Whiteside. He is the only player this happens to. There are 9 skill points available, and he has 3 categories that are not yet full to 99.

Summarize your bug When you convert any other player not a QB and edit the player and make them a QB, gain enough experience, and then try to upgrade their attributes it errors with a message saying “Not enough skill points to purchase this bucket.” When clearly the points have been earned. In other words if any player is edited to a QB you cannot develop them or make them better.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1.) take any player that is not a QB. 2.) edit the player to be a QB 3.) play a game or two to get them experience points enough to earn an upgrade. 4.) try to upgrade player on any skill 5.) get error
What happens when the bug occurs? A white Attention message displays saying “Not enough skill points to purchase this bucket.” And the player cannot be upgraded.
What do you expect to see? I expected the player skill to be updated in any of the 4 buckets offered as they have earned enough experience and allow us to develop any player to be good at any position once converted.

As I said above, the game won’t allow in franchise mode to move a player for example from receiver to change their position to qb and develop them to upgrade their skills. Once you gain enough experience to upgrade it errors out. When you switch the user back to the original position it works fine.
