Resolved, playing the super bowl fixes it
Not in my case. Tried to get the easiest one (Situational Awareness, Just making one coaching adjustment in the 4th quarter) and It didn't pop up.
I agree, I’ve just tried this and it doesn’t work for me, I think they’ve half fixed it, as I got 1 trophy

I Tried "Situational Awareness" and "Prime time" in a simple exhibition game against the CPU.
Tried dozens of them but none of them popped

For situational awareness can you try it via these steps and let me know if it triggers for you in an Online H2H game or Franchise mode game?

Please check your PSN account too to see if you actually got it but it just didn't trigger on the screen for you.
I just played Face of the Franchise and received the "Gain the Role Player rank in Face of the Franchise" trophy.
Furthermore I tried the trophy "Throw a Passing TD using the low throw mechanic" in the Face of the Franchise mode.
Unfortunately, I have still not received this.
As @jrod2510 already says, the trophies work, but not 100% yet. Some appear and others remain unmatched.
I bring some good and bad news too. I earned Situational Awareness while Playing in H2H and when I loaded my Face of The Franchise file as soon as I advanced to the Next Game in the Season three trophies pop Up, that I should have earned before due to my legacy status (Goat).
But I managed to get Comeback City trophy also in Face of the Franchise (losing 30-7 at halftime, winning 35-30 at the end) and It didnt pop Up. It's not in the trophies on PSNetwork also.
Still the same, no trophy lists in the profile, looks not played at game. EA how long will we wait! A month, half a year, or you sell it as DLC!
This game shouldn't be for sale at all!
I got a few trophies this weekend:
- Prime time and Throwin Dots (in an exhibition local Game)
- Change the location ( Franchise)
I think I should have earned also Unblockable (in exhibition local Game), which i did with Nick Bosa achieving about Nine sacks with all the movements, and Comeback City (in Face of the Franchise).
Yesterday I played Face of the Franchise again and won the "Key Contributor" trophy.
Apparently the Face of the Franchise trophies are showing up successfully and a few others are showing up, but not all of them yet.
A solution has to be fpunds so that the trophies that can be won offline can also be won.
Since the most recent patch, I have been able to get the Madden 21 trophy list to load into my PSN profile and I have also been able to earn all trophies in the game not related to Face of the Franchise, which I am working on now.
My initial game that I played post-patch was an exhibition match trying for the 17 point come back. That trophy did not pop at the end of the game. Several other trophies I thought would also have popped at that point, namely 'Throwing Dots' (throw a low touchdown pass) and 'Prime Time' (50 yards of celebration), did not show up. However, I then continued the season (after playing the Superbowl game) and got the 'Already In Progress' trophy to pop which put the list in my profile.
After getting that first trophy I went back and replayed an Exhibition game and I have had no issues with any other trophies popping correctly once the criteria was met.
Just want to say 'Thanks!' to EA for addressing the issue and listening the the community concerns. For those of you still having issues, I hope you can figure out the specifics on why it still may not be working for you!

So that works with the trophy list, but unfortunately not all trophies pop up.

It seems everything works fine now, i got my first trophy today with “Already in progress” Since then everything pops. I started playing face of the franchise and those trophies also work as they should. Except some face of the franchise trophies, head-to head and bragging rights i’ve already earned every trophy.
I´m trying to win the possible trophies in the Face of the Franchise.
Everyone who is not inline in the H2H, etc. should be reachable.
This is correct, isn´t it?
