Not loading

I am not able to get Madden to start. Everytime I restart the XBox it goes straight to Franchise screen and won’t load past this screen. I’ve rebooted and power cycled but it’s been 3 days and same e...

    @Tsklarek Hit the Xbox center button > My Games and App > Quick Resume > Hover over Madden 23, and select start > Remove from quick resume (this closes the game completely once you restart if will go back there)

    How do I do that? I see when it says quick resume but when I hit the button it still goes to the screen I sent.
