Same, won one around 2 days ago and never received pack, and won today and did not receive. Lost out on 2 Super Bowl packs
Just happened to me too. They also never gave me my BND 88 gridiron pack.

Thanks for the reply. Not getting the super bowl pack just happened to me a second time. I hope that we are given the packs that were earned as well as some kind of make right. That's fair.
