Not receiving rewards
I’m playing the NFL Epic moments and I’m not getting any rewards or the epic moment players. I am getting the coins though. Is there anyways to resolve this or just wait it out?

If you're still not seeing those rewards I'd recommend getting in touch with the EA Help team so they can pull up your account and take a look. Unfortunately missing content isn't something we would be able to investigate here on Answers HQ.
You can find more info on how to contact them over at the EA Help website. If you prefer you can also speak with them over Twitter or Facebook as well.

Is this happening to anyone else in mut challenges. Ive earned packs after spending hours collecting stars in different challenges. This is the second time that this has happened. Any help
I am having the same issues. I haven't received any rewards for completing challenges for the past 24 hours. Was your issue ever resolved?

- @EA_Kent I can't speak for anyone else, but my problem appears to be that no rewards show after a challenge. I am pretty sure I'm getting them, but there is no reward screen after a challenge/series of challenges.
I came here because I'm having the same issue. No progress screen or rewards notifications after challenges or games. This started (or stopped I guess) when I got the 1.19 update.

Ah, I see what you mean. Thanks for the additional info! This is happening after every challenge you've completed recently, or is it only specific ones? Do you remember when exactly this started happening?

- @EA_Kent I can't speak to how long for everyone because I recently started playing MUT this year. It's happened since I started playing seriously about a week ago. I haven't gotten the exp/reward screen for one challenge.
