Not subjecting myself to misery any longer

Based on my experience with Madden 22. Never getting a consistent connection to EA servers, making my internet seem as if it's dial up instead of the 50mbps (upload) it is. I'm done!!!!! Between the cheaters, cheesers and just overall lack of satisfaction I'm done. I (like an idiot) went ahead and pre-ordered the $99.99 whatever edition of Madden 23. To avoid going through the misery of trying to have a fair online experience with 23 and being disappointed 95% of the time. I'd like to get a refund. How do I get my money back? Because I'm willing to bet both kidneys that EA hasn't done a thing to better the game, get rid of cheaters, glitchers or better tailor their servers so everyone has the same optimal game experience.
