Online Franchise Reverting Back to Previous Save Point

Me and two friends started an online connected franchise. We did a fantasy draft and the draft glitched around Round 41… we quit and rejoined and the draft finished fine. The problem now however is...

WTF is going on EA we did are draft after year one got all the way to week one in the 2nd season and says error and kicks us and we have to start over at start of the draft?

I made it to year 3 of my offline franchise and after playing the first game of the season it kicked me back to my main menu so i restarted the game and now I can’t load my franchise. So dang frustrating!!
