i can't even get in to a franchise. Nothing works, can't get get in through league ID, or by getting invited " the online name is invalid or not connected to madden 23"
thirteen hours my issue has been up and not a peep. ive tried turning off and unpluging both modems and ps5's, i called my intent provider and the ps5 tech suport and nothing.
I tired erasing and reinstalling it and nothing
It’s not your provider or your PS5 big dawg it’s these crooks at EA saying this is the most polished game ever and nothing besides the only portion with in game purchases (MUT) works. Scam

Are you really asking like this like it's an isolated incident? Lol just search madden franchise on twitter and you'll see it's broken for mostly everyone. I have a 32man league that is completely unplayable and haven't heard word one from anyone at EA even addressing that this is an issue. It's insane that a company can be ran like this.
Here are all the issues on the top of my head:
1. Player to Player trades result in an error "Send to Undefined" blank screen, (CPU trades can still work)
2. Advancing the week will revert a few minutes later to the previous week
3. Upgrading players doesn't work, they show the upgrade screen and attributes upgraded but a few minutes later it's reverted back to the previous overall
4. Cutting players is also reverting back, in the preseason after cutting players they will be right back on your team a few moments later
5. Signing players doesn't work sometimes; you will sign a player and look at your roster and they aren't there. You have to go back and sign the player a few timesWe have tried a bunch of "fixes" and starting multiple franchises all with the same result.

Date/time issue occurred: 8/24 night
What were you doing when it happened (which round were you in)? Completed draft, played pre season and first game then brought me back to round 2 of the draft
What was the last action you completed before it happened? Completed first regular season game
How often does the bug occur? 100% of the time

Date/time issue occurred: It happened twice the first around midnight or 1 am probably September 7th (I don't know we deleted the league since it is unusable. And 11:24 PM 9/17)
What were you doing when it happened (which round were you in)? The first reset we were in Round 6 of the rookie draft first year, and we paused the draft. A player traded up to the current pick and he was booted from franchise mode. He returned and made his pick. We advanced to week 1 of the regular season and then it started reverting to Round 6 of the draft. The second time we advanced to week 7 and while everyone tried to do training multiple players were booted from franchise. We got everyone back in, played our games, and advanced a week just for us to revert back to week 7.
What was the last action you completed before it happened? A trade in case #1 and just weekly training in case #2
How often does the bug occur? It has happened twice. In two franchises. Both within the first year. Makes Franchise unplayable.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I am not sure. I believe the bug is linked to the losing connection/booting in franchise. I read the best way to replicate it is to go to draft pause and trade with the CPU, preferably the current pick.
Also, include any troubleshooting, Screenshots/Clips you might have:We have tried force advancing without playing. We have tried forcing through the season. We have tried letting it sit for a day. We have also tried advancing slowly. There is no fix. I have lost two franchises. Both of which were very enjoyable. Please fix the issue. This is the first year in three years I find madden enjoyable. I want to be able to play franchise, I do not want to have to delete madden and go another year without a football game.
