when I use a custom offensive and defensive playbook my game makes all my players and plays invisible and kicks me out the game as soon as I choose my player after kickoff

Summarize your bug When I play online games and start on defense I am unable to pick plays and the very few times I have it picks a play but I have no players on the field causing the opponent to score then kicks me out. I’ve gotten 5 losses due to this bug

What do you expect to see? I would like the big fixed and if possible have my record completely reset. I’ve gotten unnecessary losses due to the game itself. It’s not fair that people are losing because a game due to the game glitching itself. It’s happened 5 times all resulting in losses

head to head matches not showing playbook then lags out. It has done this a few times stating I will not receive a lost but somehow it givings me lost when it legs out on New Gen series X platform. Anyone having this issue??

Summarize your bug Every few games my players are invisible and I am forced to kneel the ball over and over until the game crashes and I am given a loss!!! What is being done about this? Can't believe I paid $109 for some BS.

Yeah I can confirm this is also happening on Xbox Series S & have found it's related to custom playbooks which is still ridiculous. I've received losses from people exploiting this until I'm disconnected and they get the win. It literally happens 90% of games if I try to use my playbook.
