when I use a custom offensive and defensive playbook my game makes all my players and plays invisible and kicks me out the game as soon as I choose my player after kickoff

Summarize your bug My team is invisible. I end up lagging out. Usually it wouldn’t count against my record. But now I’m to the point I can’t load into a game and I’m taking losses because of it.

Team doesn’t load in to kick off. Other team is visible but my team is gone. I have 3 losses on my record from this bug.
When online head to head is launching I’m getting a weird glitch where my players aren’t on the field and the play calling screen is empty. Anyone else ran into this and know how to fix? Already contacted EA and Microsoft .

Summarize your bug Team does not come on the field when starting a quick match with a custom playbook. Whichever team uses a custom playbook, will not have players on the field.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Start a ranked match with a custom playbook.
What happens when the bug occurs? If I use a custom playbook and enter into a ranked quick match, when the game begins, I will not have any players on the field.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see both teams on the field and be able to play the game.

at the moment, my first guess would be that this issue is related to custom playbooks. I'd therefore suggest to use standard playbooks to avoid this bug untill it is solved.

First two games I joined I kicked the ball off and my defense wasn't on the field and could pick a play. My opponents ran a play and scored and the game shut off. I'm starting off 0-2 because of this.
