when I use a custom offensive and defensive playbook my game makes all my players and plays invisible and kicks me out the game as soon as I choose my player after kickoff

They won't fix it, they don't care. It's my own fault, I went and got the early bird special so I could have it downloaded and get started early. I still cant and it's been a week now. I'm done with EA Sports.
When I join an online game my team disappears or is non existent. Then the game crashes. This happens more than occasionally.

I’ve done lost 7 ranked h2h matches over my team disappearing an it starts when your plays don’t pop up. If u don’t call a TO immediately it makes your team disappear an they won’t return the rest the game. It only works about 50% of the times. I’ve saved maybe 5 games by that time out smh really aggravating. I care deeply about my record and I should be 33 -8 but instead I’m 25-15 smh!! Makes me sick it just happened to me again thank god the player was a reasonable player an friendly quick me. Thank u god I prayed for the man bc he saved me another unearned L!! So plz plz @EA
