Summarize your bug Can’t see my rank anymore on online H2H , only shows a dash (-) .
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By fixing my dash and giving me a rank again please, I play madden H2H almost every night trying to get my rank up, and now I’m unmotivated to play without a rank.
What happens when the bug occurs? I don’t have a rank anymore and it is very bothersome.
What do you expect to see? My rank again.

My rank disappeared after a game, it now only has the dash (-) , I play this game for my rank and I’m currently 23 wins and 14 losses and was ranked around 5,000, I want to be ranked again please.
