[online H2H] Ranking is not shown

Product: Madden NFL 22
Platform:PlayStation 5
Which console generation do you have? Sony PlayStation 5
What is your gamertag/PSN ID?
Date/time issue occurred 8/17/2021
What type of issue do you have? Crash/Freeze
Which mode has this happened in? Online head to head
Summarize your bug I preordered the game and started playing online H2H. After I played a couple games at one point they gave me 6 straight losses and now I can’t see my head to head rank. This is ludicrous because I’m usually ranked in the top 100 and I have the ranking points to be in it. All I said is -
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Reset my online record or fix the glitch/bug so I can see my online H2H ranking please
What happens when the bug occurs? Can’t see online record all I see is a dash (-) I have the ranking points to be in the top 100 but it doesn’t show on leaderboard.
What do you expect to see? My online H2H ranking record.

Can you please fix this bug, it’s not fair to the ones who take H2H seriously. I purchased the game early and shouldn’t have these issues. 6 straight losses because of a glitch and now I don’t have a ranking. Please help.

    • Game shut off/glitches out and booted to Home Screen during an online H2H. When I returned to the game and looked at the leaderboards my rank was “-“.

    I have had multiple opponents concede defeat against me and none of them are reflected in my online record.

    Madden nfl 22 for my Ps5 I lost my ranking (H2H) on the 8-17-21and the game will not allow me to use custom playbook……please fix this my game tag is GIPPSHUTDOWN757 …I paid $99 for this game and it isn’t working ….I will contact the BBB if not corrected soon

    @Primetimetwin I played about 15 more games h2h check the leaderboards before and after the games I have heard that helps with getting the rank back I just got mine after playing more games hope this helps.

    Friday, August 20th in the afternoon central time.

    I did not quit or disconnect my game.

    I lost only 2 games straight up, but because I can't seem to connect to a game I have 25 losses. That's ridiculous. I feel like I just wasted money buying this game. I'm in the top 100 in madden 21.

    i beat #6 ranked guy and he quit at halftime either that or y’all had kicked me off server and it dissapeard

    i hope they fix my rank i have nearly 6000 points and great record and i’m honestly not starting over atp
