Online head to head gone ?

It’s not giving me an option to play online head to head only against my friends

Does anyone have any answers this is totally ridiculous it’s like every month we have to deal with this. I pray EA knows this is the absolute worst job they’ve ever done on a Madden game. Like I hope people get fired
