Solo Battles went down this week and for hundreds if not thousands of players, it's been offline all week.
Before the overly ambitious developers introduce NEW BUGS, they should fix this and/or compensate the people who haven't been able to play Solo Battles all week. So many are close to earning the 89 OVR player (if not all the way to max and the Legends pack) and this down time threw a major wrench into the works.
Fix this, EA!
Or give me my 89 OVR player, which I don't really want, I want to earn it myself, but that's impossible now.

Investigating, sigh.
And a yellow notice at top of this page alerting to 4 hour down time, maybe after four days the investigation FINALLY found that the thousands of people complaining about Solo Battles being broken were right FOUR DAYS AGO.
- @Willysee999 I get it, there's lots of non-gameplay issues with M23.
However when I wrote "the focus of this letter will be wholly on competitive gameplay" I was attempting to carve out issues like:
Solo Play Battles and MUT Rewards
I don't actually care all that much about those issues, although I understand why many people do.
I play the game to be competitive and I've long since given up on the idea that somehow that can happen without either paying significant amounts of money or making up my own version of what competitive means and just playing Regs or using my Team Team in MUT. The game just costs way too much money and is at least 90% pay to win.
My hope is that if the gameplay improves as I've outlined, my experiences will be more valuable. As for your problems with solo battles and rewards, please consider making your own thread to hash that out.
