Our servers cannot process your request at this time... PS5!

This problem is still happening. So bad that the game that I paid 100$ for is unplayable on my PS5. I saw the thread claiming this is fixed well that's definitely not the case. Beta wasn't like this....

    Hi @Pantidropper6969 When you have a moment can you try going through a few troubleshooting steps with the Playstation?

    Spoiler
    • Check for updates 
    • Restore Licence
    • Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides 
    • Open your PS5 NAT Type
    • Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)  
    • Entering Safe Mode and Rebuild your PS database

    Clear your PS4/PS5's cache:  

    • Press and hold the PlayStation button on your controller.   
    • Select "Turn Off PS".   
    • Let the PlayStation fully power down and wait for 30-60 seconds.  
    • Restart the PlayStation.

What were you doing when it happened?Trying to play MUT
What was the last action you completed before it happened?Started the game 
How often does the bug occur?Everytime I try to play MUT
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?

@ups2003 I also have this problem. My brother and I do the ps share on ps5. It also did it when I bought madden 22 he could not switch side to pick the team he wanted to play with. Now we both get the server error messages. WTF EA
