I started playing madden 20 as soon as it came out today and I had no problems. All my packs were there and everything worked. Then the game kicked me out of ultimate team and now gives me an error message saying that the servers cannot process your request at this time. It has been 3 and a half hours and I still cannot get into ultimate team while all my friends have been able to play perfectly fine. I also went and signed into a second account on the same Xbox and WiFi and ultimate team loaded up it just can’t on my main account. Can someone please help me.

I found a solution, I went into MUT, went to the TEAM tab, went into Adjust Lineup, then if you arrow over to the lineup tools on the side and click the GENERATE BEST LINEUP and in there click BEST TEAM OVERALL, everything has worked for me since I’ve done this! Hoping it works for all of you too!

I bought Madden 19 HOF edition (PC) and almost never managed to play the MUT (succeeded only once, but just for a few minutes). "Our server cannot process your request at this time."
I pre-ordered Madden 20 ultimate edition (PC), and now, I found the problem still exists, which means my money was spent like a joke!
I saw many complaints about the MUT connection problem (Xbox, PS, PC, every platform) on your forum and various other websites, and few of the problems were solved. So why are your Madden servers so difficult to connect? Other EA games like FIFA19 (I also pre-ordered FIFA 20 ultimate), SIMS4, are perfect in connection. You don't even care to investigate it?
Sure, I would like you to give some guidance to help me solve the MUT connection problem (I can only pray that your methods will work). In addition, I do hope EA Madden team will look into this common problem, check your servers, please! Look at other EA games, they are perfectly connected! My Internet connection is good.
I like Madden and would like to continue to buy the ultimate edition in the future. BUT, the MUT connection problem literally maddened me!

Server error for game mode lasting almost 24 hours. Chat help assistance from EA was less than helpful. Basically only got me a case number. Waited hours for phone call from EA. We order pre launch to get a head start on game and when you can't use game modes for over 18 hours is frustrating and a waist of spending money on the pre launch. When I ask EA for a credit of some sort or free packs or player they say no have to talk to a community manager???

@ffmedic410 Have you found something that works yet ? I still haven’t even been able to start up my ultimate team it’s getting kind of ridiculous it’s been over 40 hours now.

The MUT server problem is kind of a honored legacy of Madden. Honestly, I'm very pessimistic about a real solution. They don't seem to realize this is a real problem.

@armaandeol2 I preordered Madden 20 just to play MUT on PS4. It worked perfect the first few hours. Then yesterday at about 11 am it kicked me off. iv been having the same problem as you about the servers cannot process the request at this time. I got a case number from that chat room thingy and they told me Sony and the Madden team were aware of the situation but didn't know when it could be fixed.iv bugged @EAhelp on twitter and they don't respond to me. Iv been run in circles it just sucks.

Keep getting a error message saying the servers can't process my information. Iv been run in circles all day from the EA help website. EA help twitter won't respond to me. Iv tried everything there to try. I wouldn't be tripping if I didn't pour money into the first few hours I was playing. It sucks and I can't get a straight informative answer from anybody. Please help

It worked the first few hours I was playing. Since 11 am yesterday I kicked me off and now nothing works on MUT. Just that error message

@fatmak4life I’m having the same problem I was able to play mut for like 20 minutes after launch and then it kicked me off. Ever since every time I press ultimate team it gives me that message and I haven’t been able to play. If I sign into a second account everything works fine so I really can’t figure out what’s wrong.
