Our servers cannot process your request
Our servers cannot process your request I see this message every 5 minutes . Everytime I go into my items or sets I get kicked out with this message if I do pretty much anything I get this

Thanks for reaching out. Try setting your lineup to the best overall. Also, it would be good to do a full power cycle if that hasn't been done in a while. You can do this with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not.
Tried both of those to no luck a couple times and no difference

Thanks for trying. Next, try deleting the personal saved data for Madden 23. To do that, please follow these steps. There is the risk of losing offline saves and changes to settings you've made. Normally, those download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee this.
- Press the Guide button and then highlight the Madden 23 tile.
- Hit the Menu button. It's the small one to the right of the Guide button with 3 horizontal lines on it.
- Next, go to Manage game and add-ons > Saved data. Delete the file with your gamertag on it.
- Delete the file with your gamertag on it.

Deleted the saves multiple times I've even deleted the entire game and re-downloaded...
I have power cycled and hard reset the Xbox multiple times as well as my modem. Connection is good at over 800Mbps. I have also tried ethernet and Wifi..This is very weird because it is only player items and not strat or uniform etc. I have tried for weeks I don't know why the server hates me
Having this same problem. For over two weeks can't sell or do sets with Player cards I get this error and kicked to the main menu. It only happens with player cards, I can still sell strategy items and do sets with those. IT CAN'T load player cards for some reason.
I've deleted all saves, quick sold most of my binder, i even reinstalled the game also have reset my modem and xbox series X countless times. PLEASE help
When you click on a player to sell or do sets it takes forever to load then you get ERROR "Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later."
The problem is with our accounts or the game server we need help and EA Help doesn't seem to work anymore....
