Tried both of those to no luck a couple times and no difference
Thanks for trying. Next, try deleting the personal saved data for Madden 23. To do that, please follow these steps. There is the risk of losing offline saves and changes to settings you've made. Normally, those download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee this.
- Press the Guide button and then highlight the Madden 23 tile.
- Hit the Menu button. It's the small one to the right of the Guide button with 3 horizontal lines on it.
- Next, go to Manage game and add-ons > Saved data. Delete the file with your gamertag on it.
- Delete the file with your gamertag on it.
Let me know what happens. Thank you.

Deleted the saves multiple times I've even deleted the entire game and re-downloaded...
I have power cycled and hard reset the Xbox multiple times as well as my modem. Connection is good at over 800Mbps. I have also tried ethernet and Wifi..This is very weird because it is only player items and not strat or uniform etc. I have tried for weeks I don't know why the server hates me

Delete from everywhere or only the Xbox? I'd hate to lose 75m if the account is deleted from everywhere? I've been deleting the reserve save and deleting my account save from the Xbox but not "delete account save from everywhere"

Try clearing the alternate MAC address with these steps:
- Go to your Xbox Settings
- Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
- Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"
As far as clearing from everywhere goes, you shouldn't lose anything related to MUT, but it is a use at your own risk situation as I can't guarantee nothing would be lost.
Here are those instructions for PS5:
Go to Settings/Storage/System. Locate Madden 23 and delete the saved data. Again, it's possible this could cause offline saves and settings to be lost.

Okay I've deleted all saves and the entire game and re-downloaded. I've tried other consoles same outcome Reset my connection and Xbox multiple times and it didn't help. I'd also like to add I've done all this on both versions of the game xbox one and series X.... Deleted my lineup and still happening. It has to be server side..
It only happens with players, when I click on Player items the menus to sell compare and do sets won't load but the tabs at the top load and you can hit the l1 and r1 button and go to those tabs, the attributes load but stats and the player auction/quicksale/set do not but it's not frozen. After about 5 to 10 seconds I get the Error message "Our Servers can't process your request at this time. Please try again later. Then I get booted to the Menu. When I log back in the binder will not even load..
I can still click on strategy items, uniforms, play books and collectibles and they all load fine and I can be sell or do sets fine. It's only the player items
Is my game broken and I'm just out of luck? Is there no way to look into my account server side? There seems to be no way to contact Ea help except through this message board? I need some way to resolve this.

You can open a case here to get in touch with support.
You could also try alternate DNS settings. From the Xbox home screen, go to Settings > Network > Advanced settings > DNS settings > Manual. (If Settings doesn't appear on the home screen, select My Games & Apps, then Settings). From there, enter the Primary DNS as "208.67.222.222" and the Secondary DNS as "208.67.220.220". If that doesn't help, try using the google DNS servers which are: primary alt number 8.8.8.8 - secondary alt number 8.8.4.4.
