Our servers cannot process your request I see this message every 5 minutes . Everytime I go into my items or sets I get kicked out with this message if I do pretty much anything I get this

You could also try alternate DNS settings. From the Xbox home screen, go to Settings > Network > Advanced settings > DNS settings > Manual. (If Settings doesn't appear on the home screen, select My Games & Apps, then Settings). From there, enter the Primary DNS as "208.67.222.222" and the Secondary DNS as "208.67.220.220". If that doesn't help, try using the google DNS servers which are: primary alt number 8.8.8.8 - secondary alt number 8.8.4.4.
I'm getting the same exact stuff as him and they will not let you open a case about this it just gives you the server status from ea helps Twitter
Over 3 weeks now and nothing but dead ends..
EA Help at this time of year is no help😔
The amount of time money and effort i've put in to just trying to get this game to work is absolutely ridiculous
Why does the community manager have nothing to say after it's said that we can't open a claim
