Pack never received. EA Help Worthless.

I contacted EA help back in March about a pack that I purchased for 5850 points and never got the content for it. Reported it, told them that it was missing. Sent them all my information and proof of purchases. Said that I was added to a list. Never got a response back from them or heard from anyone. Yet I’ve opened multiple cases and still not even one response. What do I have to do to get a better customer service experience because this is as good as eating sand for dinner.
