Summarize your bug Update pushed out for PC and made it so if you use a controller, it moves extremely quickly through the options. Also, when you hit select, it is selecting an option above or below your selection, not your actual selection. It's making the game unplayable. Using DS4Windows to play with PS4 controller. All other games are working fine with it.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

I did have a DS4 wireless dongle plugged in. However, after installing today’s update the issue no longer persists for me, whether or not the DS4 dongle is connected.
