    HI @EchoeTV I wanted to confirm if your friend is still running into issues with launching Madden 23? If so can you try going through the following steps?

    • Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates  
    • Troubleshooting Graphics issues 
    • Scan your device for possible Viruses or Malware 
    • Check data/time are correct 
    • Verify any Anti-virus, or other software is not limiting the client and game (try closing out of additional apps then trying to play)
    • Put your device in a Clean Boot then launch the game

I think I figured this out. Since Madden itself relies on the EA app, make sure the EA app on your PC is up to date. I had recently done a system restore in my PC and it had caused some of my apps to be corrupted. What I did was reinstall the EA app and then it worked for me.

    @MrMerkins888 I did a repair on madden and restarted , still nothing.. will try to Uninstaller EA and re-install to see if it helps.
