[PC] Madden 23 Won't Launch
My friend is experiencing an issue where Madden 23 Won't Launch. His specs are up to par, running a i9 9900k and a 1070ti along with other modern parts. We've tried redownloading madden, and origin multiple times. Restarting, repairing, everything. What happens is when we hit play on steam, it says running, then goes back to, play, then open ups origin for a second but displays no real information. It then goes back to running on steam for about 5-10 more seconds. Then finally everything stops and the game doesn't open. Ive attached his dxdiag file for anyone who can help.
HI @EchoeTV I wanted to confirm if your friend is still running into issues with launching Madden 23? If so can you try going through the following steps?
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Troubleshooting Graphics issues
- Scan your device for possible Viruses or Malware
- Check data/time are correct
- Verify any Anti-virus, or other software is not limiting the client and game (try closing out of additional apps then trying to play)
- Put your device in a Clean Boot then launch the game
